We are so proud of Des and Magda who pushed themselves to their limits at the Last Man Standing competition. LMS consists of 5 – 6 workouts which happen over the span of a weekend.
This is a mental and physical test of your limits if you ever need to find out what they are! It consists of well-rounded workouts testing your endurance, strength and technical movements tailored to your level and functional fitness.
