You know what is one of the best parts of training? Getting a chance to meet and kick it with some cool ppl.
Really love the environment at @anytimefitnesscantonment and watch out for dude in the blue in the third video! He just started training with his buddy @kburing a couple months back and I expect and wish nothing but a tremendous amount of progress in both their futures!
