A2 milk:
It’s milk that comes from cows that produce a different type of protein called A2 protein, which is easier to digest for some people.
It’s similar to regular cow’s milk in terms of nutritional content and taste

Raw milk:

Coconut milk:

It’s a good source of healthy fats, and is often used as a dairy-free alternative in cooking and baking.
It has a creamy texture and a slightly sweet and nutty taste.
It’s a good option for people who are lactose intolerant or have a cow milk allergy and vegan.

Oat milk:
It’s made by blending oats with water and straining the mixture to remove the solids.
It’s a good source of carbohydrates, fibers, and is often fortified with vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin D and calcium.
It has a creamy texture and a slightly sweet taste.
It’s a good option for people who are lactose intolerant or have a cow milk allergy.

It’s important to note that some of these milks may not be suitable for everyone, for example, those with gluten sensitivities should avoid oat milk, and people with coconut allergies should avoid coconut milk.
