Your bed can represent a clean zone, a place to ruminate, a place for sleep relief, a place of peace and a place to avoid. Even though it is so tempting to see your bedroom as your best friend, this is OCD’s plan for you….and it’s not a good plan. OCD wants to trap you in your bedroom.
