When it comes to losing weight sustainably, it’s not about eating less, it’s about eating RIGHT.

If you choose to eat mostly nutrient dense foods, you do not need to eat tiny portions in order to lose weight.

On the contrary, you should be nourishing yourself with an abundance of healthy, Whole Foods rather than always trying to eat less and cut your portion sizes.

If you eat Whole, unprocessed foods (mostly plant based), it is much harder to overeat your calories than if you eat packaged and processed foods, which are loaded with calories and trans fats.

For example, it is much easier to over consume a plate of cookies 🍪 than it is to over consume a plate of broccoli 🥦 . On one hand, the cookies are a calorie dense, hyperpalatable food (that are DESIGNED to make you overeat), and The broccoli is a nutrient dense, Whole Food which is hard to over eat, even if you tried.

🍽 Pick and choose your food wisely when you fill your plate, and you will never have to starve in order to lose weight☝️
