➡️It’s okay to be flexible and plan your next meal wisely (or) drop few calories in a couple of meals ahed or to add a few mins to you your usual cardio routine to ( or ) to go big on lifts knowing that the calories in would help you perform better .

⛔Nonetheless the things mentioned above should be like a punishment that you give yourself ! If u have that mentality then your long term sustainability is definitely questionable.

🚫Frequent overeating over a period will definitely slow down your results or make you remain the same 🤷 , so just try to build some discipline to progress .
