**WHAT HAS GIVEN ME SUCCESS**

When I started this journey, I wasn’t sure if I could stick with it! There was so much unknown, and jumping into it seemed scary!

I never thought I would get results or start feeling better because I had been feeling bad for so long!!

But there have been so many obstacles that I have overcome! And I have been so successful physically and mentally as well as emotionally!!

HERE ARE 5 TIPS THAT HAVE ALLOWED ME TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

1. DRINKING 80-90 oz. of water everyday!

2. Starting my day with a gratitude list, positive self-talk, and a devotion or personal development book!

3. Eating multiple extra servings of vegetables with each meal!

4. Having my superfood smoothie every day for breakfast or an afternoon snack(has lots of probiotics and prebiotics, as well as digestive enzymes for gut health)

5. Doing shorter workouts but getting movement throughout the day! As well as having other women to support me and encourage me as accountability!!
