healthy and glowing skin. Even a nutritional deficiency can change the texture of your skin and

dry, an iron deficiency can lead to pale and dull skin and a Vitamin B deficiency may cause skin
problems like eczema in some people.

A healthy diet nourishes our body as well as our skin and plays a key role in maintaining our skin’s health and glow.

Fatty fish like salmon and mackerel are good sources of proteins and omega 3 fatty acids.

Dry fruits
Dry fruits like walnuts or almonds consist of nourishing fats which makes your skin soft and
