I’m sure you can agree that snacks are great but depending on whether they are junk food or healthy food snacks, 100 calories sometimes doesn’t go a very long way and can make fat loss and weight loss difficult at times. Therefore, i thought this video would help show what 100 calories looks like in practice to really put into perspective the portion size you can get for 100 calories worth of different foods and snacks.
