I have been Training/Working Out for a WHILE. As a kid I was so slow and unathletic, my major goals were simply to gain control over my body! Now, I have improved not only in speed and strength, but also in skills like coordination and explosivity.

My training routine consists of cardio, resistance, flexibility, sports, and even coordination drills. I feel MORE CAPABLE now than ever and I’m ECSTATIC to be able to share what I’ve learned through YouTube!

So this video covers my Fitness + Training Progress as of 2/12/22. It also covers my 4 BEST TIPS:

– 1. Warm Up and Cool Down: Trust me . . . just do it
– 2. Master Bodyweight exercises before focusing on adding Weights/Lifting
– 3. Train Core every other day! Core = abs + back
– 4. Record Progress through pictures and videos: Helps technique and keeps perspective!
