This post is for the fellas. Although this is relatable to both men and women. We all should make health a priority in our lives. To live longer lives not only for us but for our family.

Here are 4 tips to improve your health not only in 2021 but every year of your life:

1. Exercise for AT LEAST 150 minutes/week.

2. Commit to a healthier diet (Eat more fruits & veggies).

3. Don’t forget your annual physical.

4. Recognize and manage stress.

It’s no secret that everyone should exercise. It keeps our blood pumping AND releases endorphins which make us feel good. Having a good, wholesome, nutritious meal plan is absolutely essential for achieving and maintaining good health. I would say nutrition is even more important than exercise actually. Exercise and nutrition usually go hand-in-hand however in optimizing our health.

It’s also important to show up to your annual physical. Especially the more advanced in age that we get. Also, we can’t forget the importance of stress management. Stress can literally break down your cells and release higher amounts of cortisol which can actually help prevent fat loss and is overall negative on the body.
