This is the back portion of my pull day today. I’ve been running some variation of this workout for months and have been loving the results both in strength and aesthetics. I started doing heavier rows when I saw @doctor.deadlift talk about how they blew up his deadlift. Now that my glute injury is gone I hope mine will too.
