Note: Bone Thickness is a big factor in how much muscle a person can build. It also determines how much muscle you start out with.
Ectomorphs are characterized to have thin bones, the ability to lost fat quickly but gain muscle the slowest. There power lies in the ability to look good with less work and can create illusions of size.
Since they usually have small waists this creates the illusion of a bigger back and wider shoulders which is a plus because it means they don’t have to develop it as much. Same goes with there small wrist size, it can create the illusion of a bigger arm or bicep.
Mesomorphs have one of the most visually appealing bodies because there bones are a certain thickness(not too thick and not too thin) that once the muscle developers it has a look thats highly desirable and proportionate which makes it really visually appealing to the eye.
They can lose fat moderately fast and can gain muscle quickly. There usually the muscular guys we see who out pace everyone in muscle gains and looks.
Endomorphs are the biggest and strongest around. They are usually power lifters and don’t focus so much on looks as some bodybuilders might. How ever this doesn’t mean they cant look amazing. They have the hardest time to lose fat but build muscle so quick and most likely already have tons of muscle with out weight lifting.
There Torso can be huge and wide creating the massive look that a lot of bodybuilders may desire.
NOTE: All body types have there strengths and weakness, your goal is to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses to create an optimal, strong, visually appealing physique.
Peope usually arent just one body type, there are a mix. And have some some properties of ecto and meso or meso and endo. Some of the best body builders have the best genetics, so some of there strengths may be all the pluses from most body types like being able to build muscle the fastest and some how have the ability to lose fat ultra fast, and maybe if there lucky have an ultra small waist.
Genetics play a big role in the end game and who can be a professional bodybuilder or not, since most of us arent even close don’t worry too much about your genetics but instead focus on a fitness plan thats proven to work and be consistent.
So you see you can be a combination of any of these, its your job to make your body type work well with you or who ever you trying to impress!
