Welcome back to another video everyone and today, I’m talking about the real reason I quit bodybuilding, the “ugly” truth behind it and what I do instead.

Because since I competed in my first bodybuilding show in 2019, I have briefly touched on the effects of prep etc but I this deserved its own video.

Because going down that route isn’t always a bad thing (some people love it). But I do think there’s a problem where loads of people get sucked into the bodybuilding lifestyle whether it’s with their training/their nutrition because they don’t realise that there’s another way to go about their fat loss/muscle growth goals.

So that’s the topic of today’s video and on topic of that, I have some brand new low calorie, high protein meals to show you! They are both simple recipes but one is a high protein delicious breakfast (great for meal prep) and the other is a low calorie high volume meal you can have for lunch or dinner. Both great if you’re following a high protein diet for fat loss.
