HONESTLY MY LEGS ARE STILL HURTING WOWOWOWOWO give this a go!

Workout:

1. Activation on my IG @krissycela
2. Pre exhaust: hyper extension 20 reps 3 sets
3. Deadlifts: 12 Reps 4 Sets
4. Hip Thrust SUPER SET: 10/12 reps hip thrust into body weight knees out hip thrust 12 reps 4 sets
5. Reverse lunges: 12 Reps 4 Sets each leg
6. Calf Raises: 6 reps feet pointed front, 6 reps outwards and 6 reps inwards, 4 sets
7. FINISHER: drop set sumo squats, 10 reps light weight, 8 reps moderate weight, 6 reps heavy weight.
