I’ve been eating more recently and noticing that I’ve had more energy in the gym. I’m currently sitting around 174 and still have 15 more pounds to go on my bulk.

In the upcoming weeks, I may transition to an upper/lower split in the hopes of reaching my 500 deadlift goal quicker.
