ONE
1. Lateral lunge 30lb/14kg (my dumbbell weight for reference only)
2. Front V raise 10lb/4.5kg

TWO
1. Squat 30lb/14kg
2. Single arm overhead triceps extension 15lb/6.5kg (bench or from floor)

THREE
1. Close grip row 40lb/18kg
2. Chest press 25lb/11kg

FOUR
1. Wide curl 15lb/6.5kg
2. Hip raise
