Sweatpants aren’t only for the guys this season. You just won’t catch me in grey ones 🙂
Having a flat tummy in sweats IS really a thing though, here’s how:
💦 drink LOTS of it (I try for 2L)
🍖 protein eat MORE of it (1-2
g/ per kg body weight)
🍭 sugar eat LESS of it
🥦 soluble fiber eat MORE of it
🏋🏽♀️ move at least 40 min daily
