Super proud of this young woman! Earned a 1st place in 50+, 3rd in 40+ and 4th in a stacked open class! She works so hard and is so diligent in everything she does. The perfect example of someone who simply enjoys and appreciates the process. This has been a 3+ year process being consistent and constantly improving. Contrary to popular belief/practice this look was achieved without chicken and broccoli repeatedly. Normal foods, controlled and adjusted accordingly and consistency consistency consistency. Also I’m happy to say she didn’t ruin herself physically, her drive/motivation or her relationship with food for a competition or some trophies.
