Stop comparing your day 30 to my day 2190…

There are 6 YEARS between these photos in the first comparison and 3 YEARS between the second comparison.

I see it on social media, in my own clients & even in myself.

We get caught up in:

“Ugh I wish I could look like her”
“She is so lucky”
“I wish I could be that strong”
“I wish I could have that muscle”
“I wish I could have her body”

For me there’s no luck involved 🤷🏻‍♀️

At one point,
I blamed bad genetics.
I was following every booty burning program.
I tried restrictive diets – that never worked.
I blamed time.
I blamed other people.
I blamed social media.
I blamed money.
I blamed work and school.

None of which got me any closer to who I wanted to be.

It wasn’t until I literally just put in the damn work that I started seeing how much these excuses held me back.

I assessed my priorities.

I took a look at the life I was living.

& I had to admit something to myself: my biggest excuse and hurdle is ME.

And now 6 years later, I feel more aligned than ever before in my lifestyle & health journey.

Because I stopped throwing blame around and started point fingers at me.
