Sure it’s easier said than done- but practicing patience with yourself (and others) will improve your life every single day.

If we race through life fixated only on our destination, then we’ll spend most of our time miserable rather than enjoying the journey.

Happiness is finding the balance between patience with ourselves (self love) and pushing ourselves to keep improving (discipline).
