Sometimes all you can do is look for brief moments of joy, of peace, of clarity.
When you find them, allow yourself to fully drop into them.
It’s okay to feel joy in between moments of discomfort.
Those joy-filled moments will come and go, just like everything does, but while they’re here, soak them in. Those minutes or hours or days are food for a balanced nervous system and a happy heart.
