Ingredients:
1 lbs ground beef (lean)
12 oz broccoli
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 shallot, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp water
Black pepper as needed
Roasted sesame seeds, for garnish
Breakdown:
1. Combine all wet ingredients, corn starch, and black pepper
2. In a hot oiled pan, add garlic, shallots, and broccoli
3. Stir fry to desired doneness, add oil as needed
4. Set aside
5. In the same pan add additional oil
6. Add in the ground beef and cook through
7. Add back in the broccoli stir fry and sauce blend
8. Toss and incorporate
9. Finally plate and serve
