So grateful that I was able to get a 3rd shoulder workout in this week. Posture is improving and getting better at flaring my lats because my chest is not pulling me forward anymore. Do yourself a favor put down the flat bench and start overhead pressing you’ll be so glad you did. Healthy strong shoulders set the tone for all of your upper body lifts and not to mention they are cool to look at. Btw this cobalt blue is life!

That’s right I’m going to keep at it in 2 years I will be 35 and will be eligible for the master’s classic physique.
