RESEP DIET UNTUK MEAL PREP SIMPLE & EASY | Meal Prep With Me

Check out gimana aku siapin meal prep yang simple bikinnya untuk porsi 5 hari

Kalau ada yang tanya gimana aku bisa menahan nyemil, aku nggak bakal kasih tips apa-apa, tapi aku bakal kasih tau hebatnya meal prep. Adanya keinginan nyemil itu karena kalian nggak makan kenyang sebelumnya, trus di depan mata ada camilan. Tapi kalau kalian udah siapin meal prep dengan rendah kalori dan tinggi nutrisi, kalian bakal nggak bakal mudah lapar dan keinginan untuk nyemil bakal hilang!
Aku ingetin lagi bahan meal prep harus fresh, kalau nggak ga bakal bisa disimpen sampai 5 hari. 2 bahan makanan yang nggak bisa disimpen lebih dari 3 hari:
1. AYAM. Bertahan 3 hari di suhu kulkas setelah dimasak, sisanya boleh dimasukin freezer.
2. Brokoli. Bertahan 3 hari di suhu kulkas setelah dimasak, sisanya jangan dimasak dulu, potong cuci masukkan ke kotak makan yang rapat.

Karena ini bukan resep kue/snacks, nggak ada resep pasti untuk bumbu-bumbunya. Cuman perbedaan bahan dan takaran yang kalian gunakan akan berpengaruh di total kalori dan kandungan nutrisinya ya. Tapi kalian boleh bebas bereksperiment juga sesuai selera kalian.

[RESEP MEAL PREP]
Sumber Protein:
1. Dada Ayam
2. Ikan Kakap/Nika
3. Ikan Makarel

Sumber Karbohidrat:
1. Nasi biji-bijian
2. Kentang
3. Tahu
4. Baby corn

Sumber Veggies:
1. Brokoli
2. Kembang kol
3. Paprika Merah & Kuning
4. Buncis
