Quick and healthy meals like this ground beef stirfry are great for every day dinners. High in protein and low calorie this meal is filling and flavorful. It is simple and easy to make, and requires just few ingredients.

Ingredients
16 oz 93% ground beef (450 g)
24 oz cabbage (670g)
2 medium carrots
6 garlic cloves
1 jalapeno (optional)
2 tsp sesame oil

Sauce:
2 oz low sodium soy sauce (56g)
1 tbsp rice vinegar (15g)
1 tsp fish sauce (4 g)
2 tsp brown sugar (8g)
1 tbs cornstarch (10g)
sriracha (optional)
