I am very happy to run a mini group with my clients @larouquine44 @vonnie.88 . The goal for each group workout is to implement the same type of exercises they do with there one to one sessions.
I track there group exercises and make sure progressive overload is still happening each week.
The exercises seen above are what Allison and Siobhan performed in there upper body workout
