Hey guys here’s your perfect stretching routine for recovery and flexibility. I suggest performing this routine after you have finish with your workout. I’d like to call this the perfect cool down by covering all the muscles from head to toe.

14. Hamstring stretch

16. Lumbar & abs stretch
17. Standing forward bend
18. Low lunge
19. Downforward facing dog
