Today I’m showing you a plus size workout video that I created as I’m getting back on my feet. I made a few workout modifications with cardio dance and strength training. It’s not important to me if you want to lose weight or if weight loss is your goal.
I work out because I love my body not because I hate my body so a #bodypositiveworkout is the most important thing to me.
I have PCOS and a leg injury and I really hope that these workout modifications are helpful! xx
