Physique Update
This is my current physique sitting at 92/93kg. It’s a bit depressing to think this time last year during my bulk I was around 4/5 kg heavier than I am currently. Reality is, for the past year I haven’t been able to train legs consistently for longer than 3/4 weeks due to patella tendonitis. So my leg training has been major inconsistent resulting in muscle loss. It’s absolutely gutting as training legs is my favourite by far, can’t beat it.
I was on a good run for the past month with my knees but injured them playing football.⚽️ However this time round I’m adamant to get them fixed once and for all.
