Our Final Healthy Holiday Tip: Don’t forget to get regular sleep!

Lack of sleep can also make us unnecessarily hungry. During the winter months, we can feel tired more often since we aren’t getting the usual sunlight exposure. Getting that full night of sleep is important for our overall health.
