My new workout split & goals explained! Feels so good to be back fam! prepare for alot of great content!

My current training split:

Monday – Rest (content day)
Tuesday – Lowerbody ( quad and glute focused )
Wednesday – Upperbody (shoulders, chest & triceps, abs)
Thursday – Rest
Friday – Lowerbody (overall legs & glutes )
Saturday – Upperbody (back & biceps, abs)
Sunday – Rest
