Idly / Oats Idly / Wheat Idly /Ragi Idly 1
Sambar 1 small bowl
Cucumber slices of 1 /2 small cucumber
Green Tea or normal tea with low fat milk (very less sugar )

Mid morning snack at 11
Watermelon or muskmelon or mixed fruit 1 bowl with chia seeds

at 1 or 30 minutes b4 lunch
1 tsp of flax seeds or chia seeds along with 1 glass of water

Lunch at 1:30 pm
1/2 bowl Rice (4 tbsp )
Any Veg thoran 1 Katori
Fish Curry /chicken curry / Parippu Cheera Curry 1 katori
Grilled Paneer – 1 small bowl
Curd 1 small bowl
Vegetable salad to be taken first

Evening Snack 4 to 5 pm
Skimmed milk or green tea with seeds handfull

Dinner Before 7 PM
Chapati 2 small
Veg salad to be taken first
Chana Masala -1 Katori
