We’re sure you’ve heard coaches say that nutrition is “all about macros”, this is simply incorrect.
There is MUCH more to health, performance, and to weight loss than just hitting your macros. Although macros are very important, they don’t take into consideration the biochemical differences and influences of different foods.
When we create your meal plans, we prioritise foods that are diverse in micronutrients and phytonutrients. Foods like organ meats and multi coloured vegetables and fruits have stacks of micronutrients in them.
