It’s world mental health day, so going to try to upload some #mentalhealth tips which I find make my own stresses a little bit less

The best I’ve ever found is changing the work SHOULD to COULD

Obviously you need to be careful to make the change with appropriate things, but I’ve found this can be a very powerful #resilience tip as well
