It’s been a few weeks since I started doing cycling classes in the water with @aquafit.dubai and I have to confess I absolutely fell in love with them.
❇️Their 45-minute aqua cycling classes provide you with a full-body workout that increases muscle resistance, improves cardiovascular endurance and burns fat using stationary underwater bikes.
