LET’S SMASH 2022 !! 🥰❤️

I have several goals this year, some are more specific than others, but I thought it would be nice to share some of them on insta!

Whenever setting goals I like to reflect on the past year, and take into account what I have learnt about myself! So here are some I wanted to share, to try hold myself accountable:

– I feel I focus more on how to constantly achieve more, rather than stopping and appreciating my accomplishments .

– I need to take criticism better. Understand that it’ll help me grow, rather than taking it to heart thinking that what I have done or isn’t good enough .

-sleep for 6 hours minimum.

-Wake up at 4am.

-Exercise 5 days a week⁣.

-Eat healthy meals.

-Never miss supplementation⁣.

-Rest during periods and control depression⁣ and mood swings.

-To finish 3 books by the end of 2021.

-Drink more water and less caffeine .

-Learn two new skills.

Excited to continue growing, learning and achieving my goals ❤️
