Last lift of the week before competition Sunday. Ice bath helped a little last night to get this done today. Plan is to use this as my “rest week” from lifting and then resume the bulk next Wednesday/Thursday for the last 8-12 weeks. Numbers lil down this week but gonna happen when u lean up and increase cardio on top of practice everyday.
