Practicing a physical activity is essential to maintain good health, right? For kids it’s no different, the sooner they start a healthy routine, the stronger and healthier they’ll grow!

To help you get the little ones start exercising, I’ve prepared this quick and simple routine to get them moving. It consists of single movements that target the major muscle groups and ends with some stretching exercises. Kids won’t get tired and will fill their bodies with energy!
