This is a kettlebell full body workout no repeat. The theme is a fewe series of Kettlebell Pyramids. Each 30 second kettlebell exercise also has a 1 1/14 rep. The Firts pyramid consists of one exercise each for 30, 45 and 60 seconds, the second has 2 of each and lastly the last pyramid has 3 exercises each for 30,45 and 60 seconds.
You may need a heavy kettlebell and lighter kettlebell available for the different exercises.
Males can start with a 24 and 16 kilogram kettlebell. Females should be ok with a 12 and 10 kilogram kettlebell.
