Keto Cauliflower Garlic Rice with Spicy Grilled Chicken

Serves 2-3
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) crushed ½ tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Chicken fillets 3
-Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) 1 large head (approx. 1 kg)
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part chopped 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs

Directions:
-In bowl,add salt,black pepper crushed,paprika powder,cumin seeds,garlic,ginger,fresh coriander,olive oil and mix well.
-Add chicken fillets and mix well,cover and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
-Grease grill pan with olive oil and grill marinated chicken fillets from sides until done (approx. 4-5 minutes each side) then cut into pieces.
-Grate cauliflower with the help of the garter & set aside.
-In wok,add olive oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic,green onion white part,mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add grated cauliflower and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes & mix continuously.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,lemon juice,soy sauce,green onion leaves,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Directions:
-Bowl mein namak,kali mirch crushed,paprika powder,zeera,lehsan,adrak,hara dhania aur olive oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken fillets dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker dein.
-Grill pan ko olive oil sa grease karein aur marinated chicken fillets ko dono sides sa grill ker lein (approx. 4-5 minutes each side) phir pieces mein cut ker lein.
-Phool gobhi ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein olive oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan aur hara pyaz white part mein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Grated phool gobhi dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kali mirch crushed,namak,lemon juice,soy sauce aur hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
