❤In a bowl, add flour, oil, salt and mix with your hands.
❤Knead a stiff dough using water and cover it with a clean towel. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
❤Divide the dough into equal portions and make balls.
❤Roll out the balls using rolling pins and cut our round disks using a cookie cutter, then prick it with a fork.
❤Meanwhile, heat oil in a kadhaai and carefully add a few of the papdis in hot oil.
❤Fry on both sides and remove once done.
❤Serve with chutneys, sev and India Mills’ Puffer Rice and enjoy!
