It’s no secret Legs have always been a weak point of mine through various injuries and problems involving my knees and coccyx fracture.
But now since I’m wanting to branch off into classic bodybuilding; it’s time to adjust and build these legs up! Over the last 3 weeks I’ve been trying to find the exercises that work best for me and to avoid any pain in my knees or lower back. I still avoid squats at the moment but will eventually include them. But at the moment, this is the result from 10 sets of hack squats on the machine every other day with relatively light-moderate weight in the 6-12 range, along with 2 dedicated full leg days.
Over all pleased with how they are coming on and look forward to sharing my progress over the winter and into next year!
For those interested the picture on the left was night before show and at 84kg, the pic on the right is pre workout and 93kg.
