I’m not a huge fan of “hacking” or “boosting” but you can take realistic steps to SUPPORT your body’s natural processes & shift into more of a state of feeling happy and productive. How?

People “hack” into email/computer systems (but our bodies are far smarter than us for that).

A “boost” to me feels like we’re expecting ourselves to rocket 🚀 into whatever the expectation is we’re placing on ourselves.

I like support – it feels doable, realistic and acknowledges that the body is so smart.

Just take a look at these relatively easy, no planning needed ways, to support your body’s natural processes and feel a bit more productive and happy.

>> You won’t rocket 🚀 there but you will begin the shift into a better-feeling energy.

I mean just trying the laughing or smiling – you can literally do this all by yourself, at your desk/wherever you’re at and just smile/laugh for no reason — keep doing it until you feel really silly and just notice the slight shift.

Pick one, and start there. ONE 😉.
