If you’re vegan, like myself, it’s hard to find a good vegan cheese. Fortunately I ran across this one and it’s tasty, it melts, and I can eat it straight from the package. I can’t say those things about most of the vegan cheeses that I have tried, sadly. But, if you happen to stumble across this brand, they have it in shredded and slice and a couple of different varieties, buy it. Buy it now so the demand is higher so they will make more.
