If proper nutrition is tough for you try these tips! Remember it is hard to out train a bad diet but once you cut back on the sugar and preservatives your body will thank you!

Need your boost in the morning?

Don’t reach for your coffee on an empty stomach! It’s hard on your adrenals and you’ll crash later, and just crave more coffee or sugar. It’s a vicious cycle! Eat some healthy carbs and protein first, then your coffee will have more health benefits and you’ll experience less “crash”.

Trying to lose weight?

Don’t undereat. No matter HOW tempting it is! (I promise, you WILL gain that weight right back as soon as you start eating normally and it’ll make you feel even worse!) The key is to learn WHAT to eat to fuel your body the right ways!

Ate something you regret?

Punishing yourself with a workout won’t fix it. (sorry!) Best solution is to remember that one-offs won’t kill your progress! If our general habits are healthy, our bodies are designed to get rid of what it doesn’t like. It’s the long term repetition that would be a problem and keep you from your goals. (So that Oreo won’t be the reason you lost progress. Multiple Oreos every day for several days just might. )
