Today I tried following the heavy weight champ, Mike Tyson’s daily diet and workout before a fight during the prime of his career for 24 hours!
Starting bright and early at 4am for a 3-5 mile jog I take you through a day full of TONS of bodyweight exercises, many rounds of sparring and nearly 4,000 calories worth of clean whole foods.
