Happy New Year!!
After all the food and festivities we are floating around the high 76kg weight range at the moment and I’ll be honest, I feel kind of gross hahaha
In terms of my plans for my nutrition, ideally I would like to run a minicut now to clean up the physique, but I’m actually going away for a week and there is no way I am not eating, so the glow up can wait a little longer.
But the plan for my physique for this year is pretty much run that minicut for 6 weeks to get myself back down to 10-12% body fat, and then pretty much spend the rest of the year in a lean bulk.
Of course the weight gain will be a lot slower and way more controlled than whatever I’m doing now, but I’ve never actually broken 80kg before in my life, so maybe that’s something I could try and push for by the end of the year… So long as I don’t look like a little chode and feel too gross and uncomfortable at that weight haha😂
Anyways, we are now back chugging away at making content, so hopefully I can get ahead of it soon, but that’s all for this check in, love you guys, and I’ll see you in the next one ❤️
