HEY FAM for today’s video i’m testing out this insane kpop star diet. In all seriousness, many of these idols are FORCED into these types of diets and I don’t want it to come across as if I’m exploiting that for views or anything like that. In this video i’m simply trying out their diet to see how my body would react to it.

WORKOUT ROUTINE:
*everyday i do this twice and then…
MWF: 1 hr spin class, 200 crunches
TTH: 1 hr HIIT on treadmill, 200 crunches
Weekend: Usually spin on saturday and hiit on sunday but sometimes it differs!
