fav Overnight oats:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp chia seed
Too many raspberries
Put in fridge over night or for 4 hours and 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

DAY 5 – VEGAN

Banana peanut butter CHIA SEED PUDDING:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
2/3 cup milk of choice (I like mine thicker but if you want it thinner add up to 3/4 cups milk)
pinch of salt!
(refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight!)

DAY 6 – CYCLE
Eating for your cycle:

DAY 7 – SWEETS
Breakfast cookie ingredients :
1/2 cup oats
1/2 mashed banana
1/2 scoop protein
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp almond milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!
air fry on 320-350F for 7-9 minutes (keep your eye on it so it doesn’t overcook!)
